I Celebrated Vesak Festival 


         My family and I happily celebrated Vesak, a cherished occasion in our culture that commemorates Lord Buddha's birth, enlightenment and passing away. Vesak was a deeply meaningful occasion for my family and me. 

         We started the day by visiting our local temple and participating in the rituals of offering flowers and lighting lamps. The peaceful atmosphere and the chanting of the monks created a sense of peace and reverence in us. Back home we decorated our house with colorful Vesak baskets and decorations symbolizing light and enlightenment. As night fell, our surroundings began to glow with lanterns and colorful light bulbs. During Vesak, my family and I came together to honor the life and teachings of Lord Buddha. 

         Vesak not only deepens our spiritual relationship but also strengthens our family bond. Also, Vesak Pohoya gives us a sense of joy and serenity and self-sacrificing living that will remain in our hearts throughout the year.

 My Favorite Artist     Hii !!! Today my blog will be exploring the genius of one of my favorite painters, Picasso.     As an admirer of Pablo Picasso  work, it is always fascinating to delve into his artistic universe. Seeing colors, shapes and emotions with a new eye speaks to his excellence. Picasso stylistic and revolutionary approach to painting always fascinates me.    Picasso's works were born according to abstractionism. Distorted faces are out of the concept of beauty. Guernica, Lamentations and Girls of Avignon are some of his paintings.      Picasso's paintings help me think in a new way like a puzzle. Picasso invites the viewer to look at the world through a modern lens. Picasso attempt to break the boundaries of what is considered traditional in art and try new techniques has left an indelible mark on the art world.

Trip to Trincomalee

  Trip to Trincomalee         I went to Trincomalee last month for a vacation with my family.              This is my first trip to Trincomalee. The climate was very hot. It was a beautiful trip despite the hot weather. The beach was behind the hotel where we stayed and it was a very beautiful sight. We went to the sea and played with the sea sand.         The next morning, the first place we had to visit was the Thirukoneswaran Temple. Then we went to visit places like Nilaveli, Marble Beach and Hot Water Wells. The deep blue sea water made Marble Beach a really beautiful place.                This trip to Trincomalee was a beautiful and enjoyable experience for me and my family members. It was a trip I will never forget.
